At SweetPNG, we strive to provide high-quality digital and physical products. Because we offer both instant digital downloads and handmade physical items, our refund policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

Once a digital file has been purchased, payment has been processed, and access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

By purchasing a digital product from SweetPNG, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to downloadable content and waive any right to cancel the purchase after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive the wrong file, or believe a file is defective or corrupted, please contact us. We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue or replacing the file when appropriate.

Physical Products

Because our physical products are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in small batches, all sales are considered final unless one of the situations below applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may provide one of the following:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund, when appropriate and at our sole discretion

Material Defects

If a product experiences a manufacturing or material defect within 30 days of purchase, please contact us.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, exposure to excessive heat, or damage caused by customer use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Layer lines, minor surface variations, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Returns

We do not accept returns simply because:

• You changed your mind.
• You ordered the wrong item.
• You no longer want the product.
• The item arrived after an estimated delivery date due to carrier delays.

Returns are accepted only if we specifically authorize them as part of resolving an approved issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads
• Personalized or customized products
• Used products
• Products damaged by customer misuse or improper care
• Clearance or final sale items (when applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after purchase.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production or fulfillment has begun.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
